Everything about this property, it was beautiful exactly showing the pictures and a very lovely stay

Lovely stay near Ma Ganga.

Amazing location. Very well kept room. Parking available. Lots of Cafés nearby. Laxman Jhula is under repair, but once ready would be another great convenience nearby.

Food was average. Good hygiene. But not up to the mark on taste.

Good Stay experience for the family

Location is Good for Families. Sky Lounge was Good. Food is Good.

One of our rooms was smelling BAD all the days !! We did not get the access to Ganga bank below. Location could have been better, if Resort was more and more near to Ganga side

The room size was decent. The location near Ganges was awesome. The food was decent. By default, it's on the higher side of spices, but if requested, they can make it as per once choice.

Location of room, from privacy front, it was not good. It was directly opposite to the restaurant and public view area. During night lights from outside was coming directly in. One can't keep the curtain open for the outside view. I will recommend if they can use tilted glass for that floor and one floor up.

Very Good

The view is amazing, I loved the little balcony on the room where you can enjoy the ganga view. The spa offers the same nice views. The staff is friendly.

The bathrooms could be maintained better. Especially shower and sink area.

Superb location. The sight of the Ganges flowing gently below the hotel is a wonderful sight.

The staff, service, and location

The water in taps was brownish colored on the first day stay. The glass windows in the lobby, lifts, restaurants, etc. were unclean and not providing a clear view of the river. However, on our suggestion, both issues were promptly sorted out, which is greatly appreciated.

I had a short stay, I check in 4pm and i check out 7am. And I paid 13,000 rupees.

I like the view and the scenery. Only the room is expensive, 13,000 ruppees no breakfast , lunch, and dinner. When I order green salad it’s a typical salad, maybe the chef wasnt train very well how to make a proper salad. I order it in regular but he make it like a side dish to my pizza. I expect salad in a bowl, and the slices of onion was very big. How can I eat those big slices of onion. I disappointed with the food. Even the pizza. I order cheese pizza but I tasted tomato. The rest the hotel is ok.. good ambiance in presidential suit. Good views.

I didn’t like the way they serve a green salad. It’s just like a side dish , cutting of onions was very big while the carrot is very small. I didn’t eat that salad no taste at all. I paid 215 rupees for nothing. Then pizza 300rupees i paid but I ear little coz i didnt taste any cheese, only i taste was tomato sauce. Very expensive charge for me while i heard from the local i can even only pay 7-8000 ruppes in that room. since I paid 13,000 there should be a free breakfast.

Lovely staff

Staff and hotel were very nice and resolved any issues quickly.

Difficult to get a cold drink at the pool and pool was down a long slope away from main building. Rooms with no view means no windows.

I like the place because one particular staff by the name of Rakesh (at banquet? Not sure of his name ) went of the way to make my stay really a very enjoyable and confortable. Apart from that I found the place clean and very close to Ganga. I will definitely stay Day on my next visit

Good property but fails in hospitality & service . The power keeps going time & again ( at least 10 times a day ) which became a task for senior people like me -climbing 3 floors. Cleanliness & Room Service was asking for too much . There were tissues lying in the balcony for 2 days which was unattended & uncleaned inspite of tipping the room boy . Sending drinking water to the room has taken 3 hours today morning (Ext 44 was engaged for an hour ,reporting to the reception did not make any difference . Ultimately had to lose my cool twice @ ext 44/Room service )before water could come . Yesterday nite buffet ,Suji halwa was served to me which was not heated at all -considering it was the beginning time of the buffet @ 8.30 pm. All in all ,holiday is all about hospitality ,where they have lacked professionally .Verbal complains have been given to Narendra Tiwari at the reception & your director Mr Rajkumar Khanna . NB-on the 1st day itself ,complained to Mr Tiwari of the oily lunch served & hence would hence forth have my meals @ Aloha on the Ganges ,where I am a regular

Lovely location, Nice rooms ,good food.

We had reserved three rooms for four nights Major drawback was the house keeping, Bad cleaning . No one replaced water in the rooms even after cleaning no refilling of tea bags , sugar. House keeping was the only disappointment.
